Can agents sell at marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee)?

We only allow agents selling at marketplaces if they keep their own stocks. We do not allow dropshipping in marketplaces

Is membership fee refundable?

No it is not

Is Kbeauty registered?

Yes. We are registered company under AJL Commerce Sdn Bhd (1209040-M)

Are Kbeauty products ready stock?

Yes. We are only selling ready stocks product located in our warehouse in Selangor

Are product prices fixed?

No. Price may change on the rate of the supplier as well as the currency fluctuation rate at that point of time.

Can we self collect parcels?

We allow self collection of parcels in Kota Damansara for orders above RM500

Where do Kbeauty ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Selangor

How much is the delivery fee?

Flat rate. WM-RM7, EM-RM10

How long does it takes to deliver to customer?

Cut off time is 12am midnight everyday. Once an order is paid, we ship the next day. Orders are picked up by couriers on Monday РFriday. It takes within 5 working days to reach customer (we are not liable for delays caused by couriers)

For example, if you made payment in monday, the product will be sent out on tuesday. For friday, orders are only sent out on Monday as couriers doesnt work on weekend.

Will Kbeauty send us the tracking code?

Yes as long as you put your email in the billing section.

How to track tracking code?
Tracking Code not showing
Please wait 24-48 hours after receiving tracking code to show. If you received tracking code on Friday, you will have to wait till Tuesday for tracking code to show (collected on Monday)
Will invoices be included in parcels?
No we do not send invoices in the parcel. It will be sent automatically to the billing email
What’s the difference of Billing address & Shipping address?
Billing = Agent Details (we bill to you)
Shipping = Customer/Receiver Details (shipping information)

Do Kbeauty send overseas?

No we do not send overseas but agents can send to a forwarding agent in Malaysia and ask them to send overseas.

Are Kbeauty products original?

We guarantee that all our stocks are 100% original and imported direct from Korea. For any buyers, we offer refunds to buyers who can prove that our product is fake.
For brands like 3CE & April Skin, there is an app to QR scan (Hidden Tag) which we have shared the video on our FB page

How often do Kbeauty restock product?

We restock new and existing every month. Not all out of stock products will be restocked depending on the availability of items from our suppliers as well as how well a product is sold. There is a certain minimum quantity that we need to order for each brand and therefore, we can only reorder when we sold a certain quantity as well.

What will be the sender name?

It will be under AJL Commerce Sdn Bhd.

Can we change the sender name?

No. Customization is not allowed at the moment

Ive placed an order. Can i add more items?

Sorry but we do not allow changes after placing an order.

Can we put change into parcels?

No. We do not put money into parcels.


Do Kbeauty do wholesale?

Yes. Our prices are already wholesale prices. Dropship agents can place the order and send to their address directly.

Is there more discounts if agents buy in bulk?

Yes. We have extra discounts with top up system.

How do i check my credit balance?

Customer can login into your website under their registered email.
Once login > Account > Transactions > Your current balance is: ???

When will XXX restock?
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm when a product will restock due to a few factors:
– Not all products ordered to the brand office will be supplied to us (it depends on availability of the product from their end)
– We do not restock every products that are out of stock
Are the products Halal?

For those who are concerned whether the cosmetics are Halal, please only sell brands that have official stores in Malaysia for Halal purposes such as Innisfree, Etude House, Peripera, Sulwhasoo, Laneige, Apieu, etc.
